1. Booking Confirmation:
A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment (₹99) and receipt of a confirmation email or message.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Rescheduling of slots is allowed up to [24 hours] before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Cancellations made [24 hours] before the appointment may not qualify for a refund.
3. Late Arrival:
Customers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled slot. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, our expert also focused to reach on time.
4. Time taken:
Our inspection take avg 30min to 40min so plan accordingly also inform priorly with car seller about timing and Inspection.
5. Customer Responsibility:
Customers must ensure their vehicle is available and in proper condition for the inspection at the scheduled time.
Accurate details must be provided during booking. (Eg. WhatsApp location and timing)
6. Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed only in cases of cancellations made within the allowed time frame or due to service unavailability from our end.
7. Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the terms before each booking.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from bookings will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
